Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of Eval10 (eval10.online). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy notice.

1. What Eval10 is

Eval10 is a tool for teachers that uses artificial intelligence to suggest a percentage grade and feedback for student assignments, based on the files, instructions and rubric provided by the teacher.

2. Grading is an aid, not a final decision

Results are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The teacher is solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting and deciding the final grade assigned to their students. Eval10 does not replace the teacher's professional judgment.

3. Account

• Access is through a Google account.
• You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Plans, payments and quota

• Free trial: includes a limited number of evaluations, no card required.
• Basic $11 USD/month or $199 MXN/month (200 evaluations per month), Pro $17 USD or $299 MXN (400) and Plus $29 USD or $499 MXN (1,000). You can choose the currency when subscribing; once a subscription has started, the currency cannot be changed. Prices may change with prior notice and taxes may apply depending on your country.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically each period until you cancel.
• The evaluation quota resets with each billing cycle and does not roll over. When you use it up, you can wait for the next cycle or upgrade to a higher plan.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you will keep access until the end of the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments made are non-refundable.

5. History and file deletion

Each plan keeps only the most recent evaluations up to its limit (200, 400 or 1,000). When the limit is exceeded, the oldest evaluations and files are automatically and irreversibly deleted. We recommend downloading or backing up anything you need to keep.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Upload students' personal data without the necessary authorization or legal basis.
• Attempt to breach the security of the service, reverse engineer it or use it in an abusive automated manner.
• Resell or share your account with third parties.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the files and data you upload. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service, including sending them to providers such as Google (Gemini) to generate the evaluation.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We strive to keep the service continuously available, but it is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Eval10 will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or academic decisions made based on the results; our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms or the plans. Relevant changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice; if you continue using the service afterwards, you will be deemed to have accepted them.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts in Mexico. Questions: soporte@eval10.online.
